Belarus is renowned for the Belovezhskaya, a dense forest famous for its bison and crystal clear lakes. The country is noted also for its high quality agricultural produce and in particular potatoes. It is a combination of these fine qualities that led Dionis JV to concentrate its production based on this cultural heritage of vodka distilling. In order to combine the association of Belarus as a prime source of superior grain and in association of the origins of vodka distilling we launched our “Bulbash” brand in 2004.

The distillery is located in Zaslavl situated the heart of Belarusian prime farming country in order to be closer to the source not only of some the best grain in Eastern Europe but the finest water in the area. Zaslavl dates back to 985 and was founded by Vladimir the Great. In the middle ages the town was the centre of the Duchy of Zaslawye and it is this heritage which has been passed down through the ages. The distillery with its own artesian well guaranteeing the purest final product reflects the ancient old tradition of vodka distillation of Belarus. It is this purity and refined taste that identifies Bulbash Vodka above most others and makes it the favorite of Belarusians.
